Immigration Medical Examination
The immigration medical exam is a required part of immigrating to the U.S., designed to protect public health and identify medical conditions that may make an applicant inadmissible.
The U.S. government mandates this exam to screen for:
- Communicable diseases of public health significance (e.g., tuberculosis, syphilis, gonorrhea)
- Lack of required vaccinations
- Physical or mental disorders with associated harmful behavior
- Drug abuse or addiction
Note: This is not a full physical exam. It only screens for conditions relevant to immigration law. The doctor is not required to diagnose or treat other health issues.
We do accept individuals of
all ages (including children) for the purpose of Immigration Medical Exam.
We charge $550 for Immigration Medical Exam (by credit card only) per each individual. We do not accept insurances for the purpose of Immigration Medical Exams.
In certain cases there is a need for vaccinations , blood tests or imaging. These expenses are not included in Immigration Medical Exam fee.

How to prepare for Immigration Medical Exam?

Download and print Form-I-693
3.
Fill out Part 1 (Information about you) of Form I-693.
Type or Print in black ink.
If a question does not apply to you , type or print “N/A”.
If your answer to a question which requires a numeric response is zero or none , type or print “None” unless
otherwise directed.
Do not sign the form until the civil surgeon tells you to sign it in his presence.
Fill out your name and A-Number at the top of
each page of Form I-693
4.
Attend your medical examination appointment and all follow-up examinations, as required.
It is important to bring all available medical records,
including vaccination records, and Picture ID to your appointment.
