Self Pay Service

Patients who do not have insurance, or who prefer not to involve their insurance and pay out of pocket, will benefit from competitive rate.

This option is usually a good fit for patients with high-detectable plans or those who do not want to use their out of network benefits due to high cost.

Our Self-Pay Visit fee is $150.

Additional services  (in-office medication administration, vaccines, ancillary tests, etc.) are not included in the above-mentioned fee.
